Right voice 3 lost when selecting other right voice(es)

Hello all,

I've very recently purchased a Genos 2, having taken the jump from a Tyros 1.

Apologies for the simple question I'm sure will have many rolling their eyes - I have scoured the user manual, and clicked through most menu options and choices I think relevent.

When I have right 3 voice selected, I can play the upper split with that voice, but selecting either right 1, right 2 or both of these will stop right 3 from playing.

If someone (when they've finishing laughing 😂) could point me in the direction of a fix, I'd really appreciate it.

Many thanks in advance,

Kev

hi Kev,
I think that the right point to solution is in the split point settings. And I'm not laughing at all, because split point settings can be quite confusing.

Hi and thank you for the timely reply.

You may not be laughing, but I'm rolling my eyes 🙄.

I'd checked the split point to see if there were multiple splits, but had no idea about the right 3 seeing.

Many thanks again, from a long time lurker, turned recent adoptee 👍

Maybe an advice to easier understand how split point settings work: First turn on all four voices (L,R1,R2,R3) and then change Style, Left and Right3 split points accordingly.
Btw. notes between Left and Right3 define R1+R2 range.

Just move your split point one note down.
