Is it possible to change the volume, in real time, of each drum instrument of the drum set playing on channel 10?

Lee Batchelor

Sadly, no. There needs to be a way though. There are several styles where the kick drum and toms can just about blow up a pair expensive speakers >:(.

You have to do this in Style creator but you have to drop volume of each note in the section. You can try using a different Kick drum as some sound softer.

Thanks, Eileen. Didn't someone post a solution a few months ago saying that there was a way to drop the volume of the kick other than editing each note Velocity, before saving it as a user style?

With all the editing capabilities through the Mixer, this is one improvement that is much needed for stage players. I wonder if they could add another tab to the Mixer page ;D?

You can do it using the drum setup feature in style creator. Each keys' volume, tuning etc can be adjusted

Yep, I found that too. Works well.
