Hi everyone
Years ago I enjoyed the multi pads on my 2100, esp natural sounds eg rain, thunder, etc but that machine has long gone and now I have S950.
There doesn't seem to be these types of multipads available
Would someone be able to post them here please or tell me where I can obtain them
Thank you in advance

Hello Rita :) I have the multipads from my 2100! I have been planning for a long time to extract them, so thanks for reminding me! I have put them into a folder, and I have tested them on my S975. They all sound good, but some of the Latin drumpads are missing one voice, I guess this instrument is not on my S975. The nature sounds are just like when I played them on my 2100.
Here you go, my friend :) Have to post them individually, the folder didn't make it.

All the best from Toril S

Hi Toril,

A MIDI multi pad bank has a maximum size of 24 KB, although most are much smaller than this.

The PSR-2100 has 54 preset banks of MPs, so all of these together in the same folder should be no larger than 1296 KB, and most likely a lot less.

The size limit of each attachment to a PSR Tutorial Forum post is 7000 KB and up to 6 such attachments can be included in a post (total max. 42000 KB).

So you could share the 2100 MPs via a forum post if you wanted to.

I would also suggest that you edit out your email address from your reply - in today's sad world it is not a good idea to publish this openly, although at least the thread is in a board that is only visible to members of the forum when logged in.

Hi Toril,

You could put all 54 MP banks together in a zip archive which could be then be added to a post as a single attachment.

If you use Windows 7 or later, then you don't need any other software to make a zip archive.

Just put all the MP bank files in the same folder, then right click on it in Windows File Explorer.  Select 'Send to', and from the menu that appears, select 'Compressed (zipped) folder'.  This will create the zip which you can rename if you want. You can then attach this to a forum post.
