Hello, I'm using UD-WL01 to load custom sound samples for sx920. It happens that all samples don't load. Everything works fine in Yamaha expansion manager. Also, it happens that the keyboard won't restart. Has anyone had a similar problem? Thanks for the answers...

I have never had a problem with the Pack Installation via WiFi, neither with the Tyros5 (with the Yamaha UD-WL01 USB adapter) nor with Genos1/2 (with the integrated WiFi).

Have you connected the SX920 to the computer in Access Point Mode or Infrastructure Mode? I recommend using Infrastructure Mode, via a WiFi router. It is important that the router also works on 2.4 GHz, because the UD-WL01 adapter (and also Genos1/2) do not support 5 GHz WiFi.

Are you using the current YEM version (V2.11.0) and is the latest Firmware (V1.11) installed on your SX920?

By the way, to rule out problems with the YEM: Does the conventional installation work, i.e. saving a Pack Installation file (.cpi/.ppi) in YEM on a USB stick and then execute Pack Installation on the SX920?
