Altering an existing Registration in a Bank

I endeavor to change a style in an existing Bank but the item keeps reverting when I go to another Registration or turn off the computer.

I appear to do
all the right things according to the manual  and videos on the internet

Can anyone help.

Turn off the computer?? Did you mean keyboard?

You need to memorize the registration, then save the bank. Are you saving after the memorize?

I think Fred has given you the most likely reason it's not saving. Basically you treat it just like a new registration. You are not actually editing the existing one, you are setting up a new registration, even if only one thing is different.
