Not sure if anyone is aware, there is a new interactive magazine on keyboards produced monthly. The first issue is free and the future issues will be subscription based if you like keeping up-to-date on keyboards.

The sample I downloaded...You have to view in the built in viewer and on my 15.6" Laptop the print is too small to comfortably read.
There is an option to enlarge which is still not full screen.

It needs to be downloadable as.PDF which can then be viewed in a free PDF Reader.

GrahamUk,
If CAN be downloaded as a PDF. Just work through the screens and you will find a download symbol top right.

Robert.

Robert. Thank you but I can't see any .PDF options.
More details would help please.

Hi Graham,
I clicked on Download Free Copy, registered, went through the £0 purchase, then received an email with download link. On the top right of a screen which appeared after I clicked the link there was a download symbol or icon. The standard arrow pointing down into a "horizontal square bracket" The only way to describe it. If you don't have any luck I'll try a dummy download again. Let me know.
Cheers,
Robert.

I downloaded it but then you can not hear the demo pieces.

That's right Eileen, for the magazine to be interactive you must be online and magazine accessed via the download link. I went through the download again and the PDF download icon appears top right on first (cover) page after clicking link. I would have included a screen shot but, as you know,..............!

I had a look at this and was very impressed, you cannot use the interactive part if you are in PDF mode, but you can print out items. In the initial download I could go thro the interactive parts without any problem. I might subscribe, it looks like it will be relevant to all make of keyboard.
Cheers Terry

Quite correct Graham, I have difficulty reading it.
At the price quoted it will be as expensive as a printed magazine.
I have a Tyros5/76 & Tyros4 SE XL.
My keyboard holds every song ever written. I just have to find them.

I liked the content etc, but think it's way too expensive, especially when you consider the Yamaha club was around £30, and that was for a magazine delivered to you.

Kind regards,

Russ

I agree Russ. It is interesting, but quite frankly I can read all that's likely to be of interest to me on the Internet. And a lot of it is neither relevant or of interest to me.
I prefer a proper printed magazine, but those days are pretty well long gone.

I wish the guys luck with it, but I can't see it working at that price

Keith.
No Yamaha keyboards at present.

I'm interested as it's been a long long time since I bought keyboard magazines (back in the 80s) so thought I'd download the complimentary version.

It must be me.  I didn't expect to have to provide so much personal info to download - not receive in the post - a free magazine. If I wished to subscribe then it might be OK. I say might because too many data stores get hacked these days. How secure is theirs? Why do I need to enter my address and telephone number? They're not posting anything.

I agree with Keith & Russ - the price is too high for an on-line product.

I'm also interested in the software used to create it. I'd like to know what the created it with.

I wish them well. It's a nice product with useful features.
