I could probably play this, but then I would need therapy!
Interesting that people who can play like David are never the one's who complain about the quality of the pianos on arrangers.

Thanks all lol..it is a tricky little number . I actually performed this at quite a big concert some years back. Took a quick look and though it's Haydn won't be that tricky !! Never underestimated him again it is tricky and needed a fair warm up before hand.

As to your comment Mike re pianos on arrangers there is a simple answer which is why you don't ever hear me complain..it is not really the sound as more the technique used..I am a Classical pianist and thus used to playing full piano pieces and most keyboard players use the piano mainly with a few notes for the melody with chords in the left hand. Sadly no matter how grandiose the claims of keyboard arranger companies not just Yamaha I might add you will never get that piano sound in that way .

My method is to find a reasonable piano sound and strange as this may sound again,  but the claims of marvellous piano samples etc do not normally suit an unweighted 5 octave keyboard . It is a completely different skill set to make a keyboard sound like a piano and I suppose it is something I am just adept at but doesn't rely on the " piano sound as such " but more  reliant on technique..hope that makes sense .

I have had several times had messages asking how I get my piano sound on the SX ..the answer is very little added truthfully . I use a hall reverb usually quite high as it actually suits whatever the grand piano sound is on the SX a little fiddle with the EQ and very little middle..treble and bass more so and have always been happy with the piano sound I get on the Yamaha. The Korg Nautilus is a different beast and I spend many hours editing the Italian grand sample for my various performances but in the case of the Korg and to a  certain degree it is then very important what speakers PA you use for live work. I always use a Yamaha PA with the SX as it obviously was designed for this purpose. The Korg however I use quite expensive studio monitors which are powerful enough for live performances as a PA rarely has the depth of sound and control that a studio ministering system has regardless how good 😊

Hello David,
I really enjoyed listening to this one and do know what you mean about piano technique. I only wish I had it. That is why lots of keyboard players use the instrumental sounds more I think.
