Obtaining and Creating Multipads for the PSR-S770

I am interested in finding or creating additional Multipads like those in the Keyboard Phrase of my PSR-S770. I would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I have also considered buying Piano or Electric Piano midi's from Toontrack or Twiddly.bits, and editing them to create a Multipad. I really like the Multipad ability to play up to 4 short phrases, sync'd to the right key and the start.

I am open to your suggestions. Thanks, in advance, for your help.
