Recording Tyros in Audacity

Which is the best way to connect the Tyros to the computer to record in Audacity?

The way I do it, is to record on my Tyros to a USB stick (as a wav file).  I then take that USB to my computer and open the wav file in Audacity.  I can then make what ever edits i need and then save the file as an mp3

I do it this way too. The Tyros has a very good recorder.

But I am playing together with 3 others  Drums Bass and guitarists
so I picking up after this
Can import these tracks to the Tyros then add to it ?
