my PSR-SX700 arrived today

hi folks
i took delivery of my PSR-SX700 today
my last keyboard before that was the tyros 5
i had ambitions to get the Genos
but just couldn't get there
due to unforeseen circumstances i had to let my tyros 5 go aswell
anyway all the best folks

i have not had the chance to dig deep into the functions yet.
i like the fact the speakers are built in
and sound great to my ears.
the sounds and styles have surprised me they are really really good
this is my first time using a touch screen.
and find myself zooming about from screen to screen very quickly compared to my old tyros 5
the touch screen is a step forward i think for Yamaha
i love it.
the joystick is another function I'm just learning but i like it more than the tyros 5 wheels.
don't get me wrong the tyros 5 is a fantastic keyboard and the Genos goes from strength to strength.
i am having so much fun with the PSR-SX700 and in the end i think that's what we all aim for
i think its a fantastic keyboard  for anybody on a tight budget.
the possibilities are endless.

As I said before the sound of the SX700 is super !

I am very happy and very pleased to be a member of the SX700 Club.

My previous keyboard was also a Tyros5/76 ...
We moved to a small apartement.
There was/is no place for a 76 keys arranger.

Like you I was forced to make a decission ... the right one, I guess.
