Despite my health issues decided to get the PSR 975.
Coming from a PSR S900 so a big change, but most of the overall functions work the same. Just have to spend a lot of time learning the new way to do things on this keyboard.
Losing control of my left had so will probablly have to use the one finger chord for the left hand.
I a terrible player but really enjoy arranging songs, voices, styles etc and just listening to it all unfold.

Having a little trouble getting the sound the way I like it. Had a really good set up all dialed in on my PSR 900. I am using the Logitech 5300 computer speakers and can't quite get the right sound from the PSR 975 yet. Will be reading all the post on EQ set up and learning about compression etc.
I switched the sound to Powerful and that made a big difference.

I'm happy for you, rogerc.

When I switched from my S910 to the S975 the change was huge for me. I felt like I had a tiger by the tail (and it had me by mine!). But in the big picture, it has been so worth the learning curve. It's a much nicer "playground" than my S900 and S910 were.

Have fun!
