Lessons Updated/Revised

It has taken three weeks, but I have now completed the update and revision of the pages in the Lessons section.  I did try and bring some new illustrations and photos into some of the pages to reflect the S970 and S975 keyboards and also update some wording.  I have removed the few items under Quick Steps.  I also removed the Demo section.  The YouTube keyboard demo videos are now available on the individual keyboard pages under Styles. Two sections left to update: Styles and Performers.
