Why do you use Line and Sub out?

I'm a home player, so I'm just curious.

Tyros and Genos have lots of options for line out / sub out. I'm guessing that these are mostly of interest to performers.

What do you use these other output options for?

They can go to external amps, mixers, recording desks, ......

It also gives you the option to split LEFT, R1/2/3 to different outputs, which I used occasionally on gigs, to send LEFT to a bass amp and R1/2/3 to the main amp.
