Do you mean "expansion/user" button (as 10th key)? Then install required expansion pack.
Just one expansion can be installed. Installing new one deletes previous expansion pack (usualy when individual ppi expansions are installed).
More expansion packs can be installed at time using YEM (ppf or cpf), load them to YEM, create your own ppi which contain all required packs, then install your combined pack.
