In December 2021 on the previous PSR Tutorial forum a member asked a question about changing registrations automatically (as opposed to using a foot pedal) like the ELC-02 organ. I printed the question & the replies at that time & was wondering if anyone has managed to do this on Genos 2. & if so would they be willing to share the method on the forum. On the printout I have Chris mentions KEYBOARD VOICE META EVENTS but I'm not at all sure how to do this, I bought a short cable to use from midi out to midi in but now am "stuck" It would be super if the REG. changed without having to lift off a hand or use a foot pedal. Any help would be really appreciated.

Me on my Genos 2 I do everything automatically.
Normally the only thing I do is playing the chords (left hand) and the melody (right hand).
I can do this by using a Midi Event Processor that is connected between Midi B IN and Midi B OUT.
The processor is programmed to receive specific events and to send back events for switching Registrations, Multipad start/stop, Fade In/Out , .....

BUT to be able to work so, I need a midi file that plays synchronized with the style.
In my case that midi file contains the chords and the melody notes.
This can be made visible on the Genos screen (and also my external monitor), and serves as my score to play.
This system works very well for me.

Can you send me a link to that topic from December 2021 ?
Or send me the printout via email.
