Hello to all.

It's been a while I didn't post anything here, since the old PSRTutorial Forum was shutted down. I'm glad that this great site is up again - Congrats to all administrators.
For my new post here, I choose one of the best performances/songs of all time, "Sultans of Swing" from the band "Dire Straits". I created the entire style from scratch, as I usually do. The drum was a good challenge to program, but I think the style is very close to the original song...

I saw some cover performances of the song on YouTube, mainly on the guitar solos, but no one is controlling the style in real time (most using midis) and no one is playing the melody too (most singing).
So, I decided trying to do everything together: Control my new style, play the melody, and play all the solos/riffs. The sustain pedal is mandatory here!

The result is at:

I hope you enjoy it. Your comments and likes are always welcome.

Best regards from Brazil,
Pedro Eleuterio

Wow, Pedro! This is a whole new level... the guitar work while switching back and forth with the organ melody (I *know* how hard that is); I'm assuming you added the R3 split as part of the OTS, instead of using registrations?

But absolutely fantastic, bud!

And you nailed it, sir!

Gosh, you are prolific.  I haven't watched  all of your 127 YouTube videos as yet but I'm struck by your wide repertoire and how we can guess the weather when you are recording just by your attire!  8)
You also seem to like The Alan Parsons Project. I enjoyed the way you broke down the parts with his instrumental, "Sirius".

Hello, Mark.

Thanks so much! You saying it's "a whole new level" means so much to me. Thanks.
About your question, I only used the OT3, and sure, I split the keyboard right voices (Organ + Pad on the left - BluesGuitar on the right), so I managed to play the melody and the solos at "same time", without need to change registrations. And, as I said, I used the sustain pedal to achieve more fluidity between the voice transactions.

Thanks so much,
Pedro

Hello, Rick.

Yes, I had a iPad Pro before, but I decided to sell it, so I could buy new keyboards to my studio to adapt my custom styles - so they can range to more compatible keyboards and to more users with not Genos models.

Thanks,
Pedro

Hello, Sam.

Thanks so much for your kind words. About my attire, in the past I didn't care about my attire (I didn't realize it appears on the videos, I was only focus on the keyboard and music)... About some years ago, I always wear pants and socks (Mark suggestion) in my videos. Thanks so much!!

Hi Pedro

You wear what you like my friend - it was not a criticism. When in the North of England, where a Filipino friend said: " The sun shines here, but there's no heat in it"  8) and the day is overcast with a chance of rain, seeing you bare-footed and really getting into the groove of the music in some of your videos made me think of warmer climates. Keep up the good work.

Sure. Thanks so much. I really appreciate your comments. Here, most of the year is warm, air conditioning on my studio is always on 😂

Best wishes.

Sounds brilliant.
Are you able to supply sheet music to match how you played the song?
Thank you
Tony

Hello, Tony. Thanks so much.

I wrote down all the music sheet with all riffs and solos. The music sheet is free for those who buy the style at Guets are not allowed to view links. In order to access the links, please Register or Login. So, I can't share it here. Sorry about that. I hope you understand.
