Error 429 to many requests [Solved!]

Sorry, this message is not applicable to post hear, please move it if need be. It's took me several attempts to access this forum as a member. I keep getting blocked by a an error message " To many requests" error 429? I've just been able to get back, so I could post this message. Can anybody explain what's happening please, if this message can be seen. Regards Dupe
