Hi,
I'm currently trying to transfer music edited in Pro Tools to my PSR SX920. In one of the midi tracks there is information for ctrl 64 (sustain) recorded, but it is not recognized by the workstation. The rest is ok.

Any suggestions on settings to check do make also the sustain information transfer? I've checked that cc information is received on the channel, and things like pitch bend transfers perfectly.

Thanks in advance.

Does the voice itself respond to the sustain pedal connected to SX920?
Because I found some voices on Genos ignore the sustain pedal completely. Like NewHeaven pad, while you hold keys by fingers it sounds indefinitely but cannot be held by pedal.
Try to change the voice.

Thanks, yes the voice itself respond to the sustain pedal once played from the keyboard.
