Is it possible to change 'panel' voices from sysex or other controls?

Is there a way to change the LCD-panel voice for Right1, Right2 (Layer), or Left programmatically from a PC? I checked the SysEx tables, but they only seem to target MIDI channels 0 through 15. I can successfully send various voices and effects to channel 0 (or any others), but I would also like to manipulate the settings on my keyboard to avoid making changes manually.

I think this could be only possible if you use a midi interface between the keyboard and the PC, but for this purpose it's more interesting if you use PC (Program Change)
