Vocals through headphones

At present I am only getting the player MP3 through my headphones and no vocals as I sing along.
I have searched everywhere for an answer but have not been able to resolve the Guests are not allowed to view links. In order to access the links, please Register or Login I turn to the forum

I just checked it out on my SX920 and the vocals do not come through using my headphones. But the vocals do come out of the Onboard speakers.

Yes the vocals come through the onboard speakers. I use it all the time.
However I would like it to come through headphones.

That doesn't sound possible. Check you haven't plugged your mic into the wrong place.
