Namaste all,

Live Musician Newbe here.. was active in the S975 forum.
Was fortunate to acquire the SX920 after waiting for years for the Amazing portamento function..
1 week old and loving it.

So here is my issue (will try to be simple)
I created a Style, (Rhythm 2) using the Indian Kit.
I have to "tune" the Tabla notes according to the pitch of the song. Using the "Drum Setup"
- Press drum setup within the style creator
- Press the "E" note in the left octave.
- Select the pitch and rotate clockwise, counter clockwise, to change the note to your desired pitch.
- Close the window and record some pattern / ensure the E note has a different pitch than the original one.
- Save the Style.

Back in the home screen, you can save the setup to your desired registration bank.
You will still be able to hear the Created Kit with the "Altered" drum note (E in the above example)
Select a different style ... and select your original style .. your pattern sounds exactly the same, but the tuning / all drum setups have been reverted to their original kit settings.

This is very bad, and hampering my workflow as every time I will have to go back to the style creator and "Retune" every note used.
Never faced this in my PSR S975.

What might be the problem?

Looks like the issue got resolved by itself.

I think I think I think ...
Instead of pressing the Physical "Exit" button, one must choose the "X" from the Style creator screen to close it. Maybe that did the trick.

Once I get some time shall do some more research.
