Sound Settings on Genos 1

I'm in my early eighties and over the last few years my hearing has deteriorated. I now find that the styles on my Genos tend to come over as one mixed sound rather than individual instruments of the style. I played an old style yesterday with the style made up of  piano and other higher pitched instruments. For once it was if my hearing had returned. The style came over great.
I understand that I can't get my hearing back but can anyone offer any advice on changing settings to help me hear the accompaniment and lower pitched instruments better.
Ps. I've got good quality hearing aids but even these didn't make much of a difference.
