The Record function on the DGX also creates a score.  Is there a way to export that score or print it out?

The keyboard won't export the score.

It has, however, created a midi file of the recording. You can take this to any program which reads midi files (like MuseScore) and get it to print the score.

What I saved from the DGX is a .rgt file.  I understand that is a proprietary Yamaha format that needs to be converted to something Musescore will recognize.  Any help on how to do that conversion would be appreciated.  I have YRM and it loads the file but no idea what to do next.

An .rgt file is not what you want. It's the registration bank file you have made for this song. It won't have any score information.

You need a .mid file. You probably need to save it after you've done the recording.

.rgt is a registration file. Just contains set up instructions to the keyboard, there is no music on that. You have to make a midi recording and save that.

Is there a Windows10 program (preferably free) that can convert a mudifile with the XF chord information into a pdf of a lead sheet and chords?

The Record function creates a midi file (song) and the keyboard can show this midi file as a score.
If you save this recorded song onto a USB drive, it will be a .mid filetype that you can then open in a computer program like Musescore which will show you the midi as notation. You can print that out or save as a PDF sheet.
