I can no longer view the Tyros5 hard drive on my computer

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well.
Yesterday, I performed twice with my Tyros5 and took the opportunity to record my performances using the audio recorder, which saves directly to the hard drive. Today, I tried to transfer these files from the hard drive to my computer by connecting a cable to the USB-to-Host port and the other end to the PC. I turned on the keyboard while holding the Music Finder button, but my Windows computer displays a message saying that the USB device was not recognized.
However, on the Tyros, I can access the hard drive normally.
What could be happening?
It's been a while since I last needed to do this. I usually wait a few minutes for the hard drive to appear, but this time, only this error message shows up.
I have already tried changing the USB cable, but it didn't solve the issue.
Both cables I tested work fine with the keyboard in MIDI mode.
If anyone can help or provide any tips, I would be very grateful.
