SX720 File Management

The USER area of my SX720 in Musicsoft Downloader shows both MIDI and Song folders. Considering the PSRs usually refer to midi files as songs, does anyone know what the difference between these two folders is? What each is for, what goes in where?

Hi @aprilla,

The "Song" folder on the internal User drive is used for both MIDI and Audio Song files and is accessed from the SONG Selection display via "User > User".

The "MIDI" folder in the User drive has nothing to do with MIDI Song files, but it is used for user defined MIDI Settings that are made (edited), saved and loaded in the MIDI Settings display.
