One of my favourite tunes.

Bocelli's version is a dialled-back copy of Sinatra's, so I'd start by picking a Big Band Swing style slowed to the right tempo and reduced volume on some of the secondary style instruments.  You'll probably need to assign some Horns to Left Voice if you want the off-beat horn playing later in this version.
