Hello,

although my intensive daily use of Genos, and User/Reference Manuals reading, I still lack of knowledge for various items....

Sometimes when I attempt to set the value of a parameter (an action I do hundreds of times every day), a windows appears (I can't realize how and why), showing a numeric pad allowing to instantly set the value, which saves a lot of time, comparing to Alfa Dial and +/- buttons.

But I don't know how to call for this windows, both in Play and Edit mode.

Could somebody kindly help?

Thank you

Hello Angelo,

I'm like you ... I see it but I don't use it, it appears by pressing once to select and a second time not too quickly to open the window and change the value you want ... Cancel or click next to the window in the neutral zone to close it...
I rather use the Dial to change values.

Dear Patt,

I must really thank you, because the mystery now has gone.

From what you said, I made a few trials, and came to the conclusion that I must first identify the parameter I want to adjust; then press the VALUE of that parameter (as Volume) and the area related to that parameter will show that has been selected; then press again on the VALUE and the mysterious     numeric pad will appear. Did many times, and work perfectly. That's it!

I also use a lot the Alfa Dial (sometimes the +/- buttons for short increases, like when I want to change the Octave of a Voice in OTS or Registration). But if I need to do many adjustment, like when tweaking in Style Creator the Parts Volume, Reverb, Effects, ecc., the numeric pad can save a lot of time and effort.

Thank you so much!

Ciao,

Angelo
