@stehu I downloaded and tried these in my Tyros 2. They load but there is no sound. Also I noted that the files are very small, too small to contain samples for example. How are you exporting them from your Tyros 2?

I suspect @stehu has "converted" these Tyros3 SA2 voices by just renaming the ".sa2" file extension (Super Articulation 2 Voice) of the Tyros3 voice files in question to ".sar" (Super Articulation Voice).

However, this will not help if the voices are loaded on a non-SA2 compatible model. The Voice Numbers (Bank Select MSB/LSB and Program Change) contained in the renamed voice files still refer to the original SA2 Voices of the source keyboard (in this case Tyros3). At best, a different, more or less similar sounding PRESET voice from the target keyboard will sound, or the voice will remain completely silent.

Preset voices from Yamaha arranger keyboards cannot be copied. If you "copy" a voice in the Voice Selection display, only a so-called Voice Set file is created (only a few KB in size), which only contains the voice settings and effect settings as well as a reference to the preset voice in question. On another model on which the preset voice in question is not available, this voice set file is useless.
