Does anyone know how to get someone from Yamaha to talk you, or how to reach them even by mail.  They have not answered my inquiries over the net. I  have a PSR SX900 and need information on midi step editing.

Try to ask forum members for required information at first. Large manufacturer is the last option when it comes to information, explanation and similar.
