Every time I change the screen on my new Genos2, I hear a clicking sound.

"I've been using my new Genos for about two weeks now, but I've been having trouble with the touch screen. Whenever I try to switch screens by tapping on the screen, I hear a clicking sound, which is quite annoying. Even after I went to the Utility menu setting to turn off the click sound, it still happened. This differs greatly from my previous Genos, which had a very smooth touch screen and didn't make any sounds while playing or switching between different voices or styles. I would really appreciate your help on this matter. Thank you,

Is it mechanical? Can you hear it with the keyboard turned off? If so, it's a warranty issue.

I do hear a sort of relay switch sound very often.
Sound from pc can be heard when usb is connect to the Genos2.
Also Bluetooth or wifi see mixer , panel, panel 2
