This is just an refresher about great software developed by our community fellow Vali: https://mvsoft.weebly.com/yem-ce-version-history.html

This is also heads up for new Genos users (or Yamaha in general), to check out YEM-CE.

And this is also a question for Mr.Dev.Vali if there is any update on the scope?
As I understand, you may be passing on getting G2, but we are here  to help you as much as we can by testing or anything you need us to do in order to continue developing and making great software even greater.

I thank you once again for the work you put in behalf of the whole PSR community.

P.S. I tried to find it again, but some time ago I noticed another piece of soft you developed, and I can't remember the name of it now.
Would you be kind of linking your apps here again so they are easily accessible by the community?

I'm using my last version combining elements of voices from installed packs with success. This was not published because I wanted to start it from scratch by make it available for MacOS as well, knowing that there are a lot of users using Macs.
Right now is under development, but having a lot of work I stopped it and revised it, and stopped again and working again, and so on... Is not my daily job, I do it in my spare time, and seems my spare time is not a lot.
I hope that will be time in 2024 to do it for all of you, guys, even if I don't have G2, doesn't matter.

The Software page was not removed from my website, was only hidden, because I intended to create another website with all my software releases. HERE it is!

BTW: For everyone which watnt to help me, I need the CPF datalist of voices from what CPF pack you have. It will be great if you can provide the list of voices with MSB:LSB:PC and Voice name in a txt file.
As an example, taken from this list for South East Europe :

*PC(1-128)
[049:009:025]CymbalonOpen
[049:009:046]CymbalonMute
....

EDIT: I will be grateful if someone could give me his N27 file from his G2, for tests (thru my email).

This will solve the bug related to the v2.1.7, where the files could not be selected individually to be exported.
And few more things...

I would gladly help but I am not useing any Yamaha provided packs at all. As there are lots of fellows using them i am sure someone would be able to provide you with what you need.

It says tha path to YEM installation which is no longer available.

I tried to point to the Yamaha program on my c drive but still not find it.

Worked here first shot. I didn't have time to play with it but it installed fine and I was able to run it.

Perhaps you can try to uninstall CE completely and do fresh install.

Worked here first shot. I didn't have time to play with it but it installed fine, and I was able to run it.

Ok, I see now.
You must delete AppSettings.ini file from the downloaded folder. By mistake I zipped also my file. That is why not working.
App will create your own AppSettings.ini file when launch.
Sorry for this. I will reupload the 7z file in couple of hours, right now is 4:15 AM in my country and I'm very tired 😴

I've made all necessary modification in a new version, 2.1.9 .
I've tested myself on a new virtual computer, with YEM not installed, with a wrong saved path for installation of YEM, with YEM installed but not started, with keyboards installed but not selected at least one time, and so on... To me now works ok, I hope to you as well...

BTW, I've removed the 2.1.8 version because of that mistake with AppSettings.ini from my computer

musicman100, you have to download 2.1.9 version now. I have made internally some modifications and everything works now as expected, including the missing of 7-zip installation for backup process.

I've already released StyleOTSReplacer v1.0.6 which solve this issue and more things. I've also added all the Genos2 voice list to be displayed when you click on a voice part.
