Hi RonnieYammy,

The "Style Creator" is for Styles only. ;)

To save changes to MIDI files, you have to go to "MIDI Multi Recording > Setup". Here press the Song Stop button to ensure that the time position of the MIDI file is at the beginning. Then press Execute and Save.

By the way, in previous models you did this in "Song Creator".

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Chris

Hi Chris, I cant find the Multi Recording / Setup

Hello Ronnye,

You can access it from the panel by pressing the MIDI record button, (Right next to the MIDI song stop and rewind buttons) which is just below the record button on the top left side.

The recording modes will be shown on the screen below:

Multiple Recording (MIDI) and Quick Recording (AUDIO)

You choose multipleMIDI recording, this
It will take you to the sequencer page, there
You have several editing options such as: quantize, transpose, delete, copy.

Being on the multiple recording page you can also access the mixer.

I hope this helps a little

Hi RonnieYammy,

Please see the attached screenshots (one from SX700 Owner's Manual, one from the SX700 Reference Manual).

If you you don't have the Reference Manual you can download it here:
>>> https://uk.yamaha.com/en/products/musical_instruments/keyboards/arranger_workstations/psr-sx700/downloads.html

By the way, I moved this thread from "PSR-SX900/SX700/SX600" board here to the "MIDI Files and Setup" board.

Best regards,
Chris
