Multipad yamaha sx700

I purchased a style with 3x Intros,
3x Endings,
4x Variations,
1x Break,
4x OTS link,
and Multi pads., only when I want to use multipad 3, I hear nothing, what could be the reason for this?

If the style that you have purchased uses custom pads, then you should also get a separate file which has *.pad suffix.
To use custom pad file, simply tap on Multi Pad region on main screen, search for it in User section and when you found it, select it and close the window. Your new pad should now be loaded and shown on main screen.
To run the pad, push MULTI PAD CONTROL button(s).
