Hello, can I load accapela vocal files to multi pads on my Yamaha psr S910? Covers will be more interesting ;)

No, the S910 does not support audio multi pads. I think this came in with S950.

No, Audio (e.g. MP3 or WAV format) cannot be converted to MIDI. MIDI does not contain any sound information, only control commands for a MIDI sound generator (e.g. the keyboard).

You either need a newer keyboard model that supports Audio Link Multi Pads (only works with WAV files, not MP3s!), or you play the audio files with a suitable app on a smartphone, tablet or computer. If necessary, you could connect the audio output (e.g. Headphones jack) of the external device to the AUX IN jacks of the S910.

Best regards,
Chris
