After a fashion, yes. A playlist is a TSV file. You load it into a spreadsheet like Google sheets, sort it and save it.

In Playlist screen there is Up and Down button. Just select a song and you can shift it anywhere.

That's what I do... move the song titles up and down on the playlist and then save.

You can use the "Yamaha Playlist Manager" program (formerly called "Genos Playlist Worker") developed by our forum member Vali (valimaties):
