Laptop usb C / HDMI. Monitors

I was looking  at usb hdmi adapters on ebay. I also noticed laptop monitors. It seems they are usb c or hdmi  connetable. I was wondering if anyone here has done any experimentation  with these and a SX900. Mainly would it negate  the  need for an hdmi adapter.  The monitors i saw are reasonably priced and also available in touch screen models. 15 inch under  $100.00 or so.

If I don't hear from anyone here maybe I'll look into them after the holidays.

It also noticed somewhere that rather than a screen clone you are able to display lyrics on a monitor while keeping the keyboard screen  for control and operation of the key SX900.

Hi Stewart, i don't think it'll works! I hope the next PSR SX model will have an HDMI video connetor becaus the video from the USB is not what we want! You must by a special video adapter to have the screen of the SX on an other monitor; have a merry Chritmas, cheers Patrick
