How to mix different registrations into one-SX700 -resurrection

Hello, back in Oct 2021 I posted a question on how to mix different registrations into one on my SX700.  Not sure at the time what I was doing exactly but got good feed back and somehow managed to accomplish my goal.
   Today, I am trying to create a new registration bank, let's call it DOMNEW and in that bank I would like to take Bank(Discotemp) and copy it to registration menory 1, bank(La Palomba) into memory2, bank(ABA1) into memory3, and so on to use up my 8 memory settings. Then save it.

Is this possible?  If I recall correctly, I may not have done this after all.. I may have selected different songs/styles and save them into the different memory settings  of a new registration bank thinking I had accomplished what I have just mentioned?

Can someone set me straight please and thank you.

To copy a registration:

Load source registration and its button
Load target registration. Do not press any of its buttons
Press Memory and the target button
Save

Hi Fred. Wow that was simple.  Guess everything is in the load sequence which I was messing up.  This is nice and exactly what I am after.  Thank you sooooooo much. Appreciate your very quick response.
