Hi Everyone,
Been a long time Yamaha and Korg keyboard owner.
More recently I've started to record some of the factory demo sounds from my Yamaha Genos.
I started this due to remembering when I was researching the keyboard, I wanted to hear the sounds but found it difficult to find this. I also wanted to find something that had great quality sound.

Hopefully this helps someone who is researching.
I've started with the Pianos and E Pianos banks, if anyone wants to hear other banks, let me know.

Dear Michael,

ANY Genos owner has the Demo function available in his arranger....

In this Forum we all try to ADD contributions from personal experience, or answer to questions about unclear items, or the share tips and tricks that someone discovered.

It is quite different to post twice, as you do, about something basic and absolutely clear.

Cheers

Hi @MadrasGiaguari,
Unfortunately, not everyone on the PSRTutorial website/forum has a Genos.
For me personally, coming from a Korg Pa4x and a Tyros 4, I wanted to hear what the factory sounds were like on a Genos as a comparison.
This was not possible to find.

The videos are not for a current Genos owner, they are for potential Genos owners.

Well, I may be a potential Genos buyer, especially if there is a version 2, or totally new model.  Since some have lamented the lack of models in stores to try out, maybe detailed videos like those posted here, would be an alternative "audition" before a decision to purchase.  Most youtube videos show only a small portion of a keyboard's potential.  In considering a purchase, I want to hear/see a snippet of all the styles, voices, and major features.  Given that, I'm willing to purchase sight unseen.
