Is there a MIDI utility to rename midi from its Midi Info ??

I have a folder of midi with odd Filenames. I can see, using Midi Database from Peter Wierzba, that most have better names (like a song title) in the Midi Info column. Is there any utility (Windows) that can write the names from Midi Info to the Filename? I'm hoping I don't have to manually type them all!

I've tried in Midi Database but it's not doing what I want (or I'm not doing it right).
