Trying to connect my Tyros 4 to the internet .

 After several attempt to connect my Tyros 4 to the internet and having baught several USB lan adaptors and failed I am reaching out for any help I can get . Yamaha recomends the use of ( planex GWUS54GXS ) to connect wireless . This itam is discontinued and I am not aware of a replacement . I have high speed internet and a great router . any help will be greatly appriciated . Thank you . Biglou .

Hi Biglou,

the "Internet Direct Connection" (IDC) feature that was available on some older Yamaha arranger keyboards is completely useless these days because the special IDC websites were discontinued by Yamaha some years ago.

I'm with Chris. There's no value in connecting a T4 to the internet.

What are you trying to accomplish?
