Can a Register Change Trigger a Fill Break?

Is there any way to make a change in registration trigger a fill break? When I try going from Main A on Registration 1 to Main B on Registration 2, the change in variation does not trigger a fill break even when Auto Fill In is on.

I'm going to have to get a pair of foot switches soon... I just can't seem to hit the Break button on my SX900 and get my left hand back for the chord change fast enough. The reg buttons are easier to reach with my right.

Certainly. Just make sure the fill button is flashing when you memorize the registration.

Hi jcook980,

while the Style is stopped, press the Main Variation button B twice, so that the button is flashing, and memoriize this state to the Registration.

Best regards,
Chris

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Conversely, if you don't want the fill to play when you change registrations, ensure that the button isn't flashing when you save the registration.
