Sorry but i am still getting ? marks and numbers. i tried the download at top of page but not happening.i have downloaded other sty files so don't know what's wrong.

It's just the way the file was uploaded to Luis' OneDrive online storage account, but the style file downloads okay.

I've attached the style file for you using my OneDrive account, Margaret.  The formatting looks the same as Luis', but it downloads alright.  The file needs to be repaired in a Hex Editor, but I don't have time to do that at the present time.
