so i have lots of somebodies registrations. very nice
some were too fast a tempo, so he said change the tempo then press freeze.
i can do that now.
so how do i save them to the usb replacing what is there - tempo wise.
please make it clear, as you know i am a bit slow on the picking up things.
the manual seems to me to be written in a foreign language!
thanks for your help and patience!

1. Load the registration bank
2. Press the button you want to modify.
3. Change the tempo
4. Press Memory
5. Ensure the Tempo box, and all other groups you want saved, are checked.
6. Press the registration button (same one you loaded in #2)
— repeat for all buttons where you need the tempo changed
7. Tap the registration box on the screen
8. Choose File, Save, Save Here, OK, Yes

Cheers,
Fred

" Ensure the Tempo box, and all other groups you want saved, are checked." where do i see check marks?.

guy who made the registrations thought pressing freeze would affect all the registrations for that tune. is this so?

thanks

On the screen, when you press the Memory button, which is why the instructions are in the order they are.

Hello anon125.

That is correct, but it probably won't save that change for future use when you recall that registration again.

If thats where you want to be with this then refer back to Fred's post

Freeze affects the loading of a registration. It makes no changes to a registration.

Anything frozen is not loaded (and therefore not changed by the registration). If, for example, you freeze Tempo, then the registration will not change your tempo when it's loaded.

Pressing isn't enough. You have to memorize each button.
