Hi folks, I hope its ok to put this post here, I wasn't sure where it should go
I ordered some of the free packs from Yamaha and they confirmed the order, I thought they would email them to me
I can see the order is confirmed but so far a month or so later I still don't have them
I have been thinking It is a good job I didn't send them any money in case the same happens to actual purchased items
Perhaps I am mistaken how it works, can anyone advise me
I don't suspect Yamaha are crooked but I don't know what could be wrong, Normally I would contact a company directly about orders but this doesn't look easy on the Yamaha website
I am in Australia, I have assumed they are available to us Tyros T5 Keyboard owners in Australia
Should I have done something differently, I know Yamaha do have my Email address and my home address and I purchased the item new from a retailer
Looking for suggestions from anyone who might have also ordered from Yamaha

Hello

You must go to the yamahamusicshop.com website and download your files. You need to log in and a webpage should show a "My Library" link on the left side of the webpage. Then you should see all your purchases including the free stuff.

I just checked my account and all the free stuff I got in July was still there.  Best wishes.  -chareley

Hi Adrian,

Yamaha will not email the Packs (or the download links) to you. Just do as follows:

Log into the Yamaha USA shop site ( https://shop.usa.yamaha.com/downloadables-world ) and go to "My Account > My Library". There you will find all your orders and also the needed download links to download all the Packs as zip files.

Note: Alternatively you can use the "new method". Just follow the instructions in this post to download the free Yamaha Packs easily via direct download links:
