Duplicate entries in music finder

I was adding files to my music finder and have wound up duplicating quite a few (they are listed twice). Is there an easier fix than scrolling and deleting them one by one?  Thanks in advance

There is no quick fix for this on the keyboard, but using Michael Bedesem's Music Finder View program you can do it fairly quick on your PC then reload it into the keyboard and overwrite the existing MFD.
