Help on identifying style

Hi,
I saw this performance on youtube that I liked very much and I asked the player for the style name.
He said it is not a factory style, also he didn't remember the name of the style !

I wonder if you can help me identify the style of this song.

Also as a side note at 2:30 when he presses Registration Memory 2, what is going on? The notes are the same, the chords are the same, but they sound a bit higher. Could it be a slightly higher transposition value? But does transposition also influences the chords?

A transpose has been saved in registration button 2 so the whole keyboard goes to the new key just as it would when you were playing and hit the transpose button.

It's one of the disco/dance styles and Eileen is right on the money about the transpose use.
