Only a single instrument will work a bit. A band playing and a singer will not. Tried it many times over the years with various programs... waste of time and money.

Thanks for your responses...

Once I even tried a Single Instrument. It failed.
I'll give it one last shot.

Can't be done as Midi records instructions of what the keyboard plays back and MP3 records sound.
Two entirely different things.

It's possible with AnthemScore but you don't get perfect results, check out my test video https://youtu.be/WipBa6FTnxs

Rondrigo if you play a normal song(with drums,bass,guitar,piano-synth sounds and the singer)
which notes from all of them a program like that can recognize really?

Don't waste your time with this kind of programs Norman.
Better do something more constructive.

If they have worked we would have known.
As long as I have never seen just one example with some useful results,it doesn't work.
That is the most important factor for me to stop searching for something like that.

I think mp3 to midi converters are just like a "urban legend" for djs  lol
The only technological help that works  are chord trackers.....at least they give you a good starting point and save time to create your new midi file .
Personally i use the Yamaha Chord Traker app  connected to my keyboard  and it s xcellent.
