Is it possible to connect my T1 to a monitor which has a VGA 15 pin socket.

No. The T1 supports only video out using an RCA cable (otherwise known as Composite).

Hi Baldric,

it is NOT possible to use any PASSIVE adapter cable to connect a monitor with "15pin VGA" connector to the RCA Video output of the T1.

BUT you can use a "RCA Composite Video to VGA converter":
