Norman,

What version of MixMaster are you using ?
Please let me know what actions you do just before the error shows up ?

MixMaster 600 Bv1
And the one before the last update
I think it's MixMaster 5.

I loaded up a Midi Song.
Went to Drum Edit.

I selected a Note from " Revoice a selected Drum Instrument"
Right on the Bottom
" Delete Selected event" " Modify selected event"
Both are giving Error.

Insert New Event
Is added new notes.
Am I doing something wrong?

I was trying to Add a Pan Code for one of the notes. (Goal)

Hi Etienne,

I've just tested this in MixMaster v5.20:

The error message mentioned by Norman also appears in this version, when clicking on "Delete Selected Event" or "Modify Selected Event" button, BUT only if the list below "Instrument Setting Events" is still EMPTY. The error message should be trapped in program code in this case.

@Norman
These buttons (at the bottom of the Drum Edit window) belong to "Instrument Setting Events" (but NOT to "Revoice a Selected Drum Instrument).

This means, first you have to ADD at least one new Instrument Setting Event (by clicking on "Insert New Event" button). Then you can use the other buttons to either Delete or Modify the selected Event.

Best regards,
Chris
● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Norman, Chris, Fred,

Correct, an error shows up by doing these actions.
I will investigate it and trying to correct it in the future version of MixMaster.

Regards
Etienne
