hi all

i have loaded a wave file in my tyros 5 and changed the pictch to it. How do i save this file with the new transpose

overover

Hi Cachou123,

you can NOT save a transposed Audio file as a new FILE with Tyros5.

But you can make a Registration and memorize the Audio file and the changed Audio Playback settings to it. Important is that at least the box "AUDIO" has a check mark in "Memory" dialog display.

Best regards,
Chris

● Everyone kept saying "That won't work!" - Then someone came along who didn't know that, and - just did it.
● Never put the Manual too far away: There's more in it than you think! ;-)

Or, if you really need the audio file to be re-pitched for use on other audio systems besides your keyboard, then maybe you can play the audio file on your keyboard as you want it (re-pitched), and record the output from the keyboard to another audio recorder (create a second, re-pitched file).
Then you have the file the way you wanted it...

connect your Keyboard's Stereo outs (left & right) to your PC's Stereo Microphone input.

Install this free recording program on to your PC.

Play the wav file on your keyboard and record the pitch adjusted tune onto your PC using the Audacity program.
